French Basic Phrases

French General Concept
Bonjour is the standard greeting of a French and can be used at any time of the day. However, for the evening they say Bonsoir. Whenever a French people meet a stranger or even if they enter a shop they greet the seller by saying Bonjour and while leaving Au revoir/Bon après-midi/Bonsoir/Bonne nuit or else it’s considered to be rude.
Vous – the plural as well as a formal pronoun. When French people talk to strangers they use Vous. Even while talking to more than one person they use Vous always.
Tu – the formal pronoun. Therefore in phrases, you will find construction with both formal and informal language. At the same time, they are plural and singular form respectively.
